CAPER BUTTER SAUCE
 

3 oz. capers (sm.)
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. A-1 Sauce
1 med. onion, chopped very fine (or to taste)
1/4 lb. butter

Melt butter. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until thick. Reduce to desired consistency.
