1 med. head cabbage
1 med. size carrot
4 tbsp. white sugar
4 tbsp. white vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Shred cabbage and carrot. Whisk sugar and vinegar. Then add mayonnaise. Mix well with whisk. Pour over shredded cabbage. Makes 6 servings.
