MUSTARD SAUCE FOR HAM
 

4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 egg, slightly beaten

Melt butter, blend in dry ingredients. Add vinegar, water and egg. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
