2 tbsp. light butter 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. tumeric 1/2 c. honey 1/4 c. vinegar 3 tbsp. mustard Melt butter in small saucepan, remove from heat. Add cornstarch and turmeric; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Makes about 1 cup. Can use as basting sauce or dip for meat nuggets. |
