SALAD: Iceberg lettuce torn into bite size pieces 5 slices cucumber, halved 3 slices tomatoes, quartered Sliced green onions to taste Grated Mozzarella cheese Genoa salami, sliced thin VINAIGRETTE DRESSING: 1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. red wine 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 6 packets of sugar 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. garlic, diced Pepper to taste Mix all ingredients, except olive oil, in food processor. Add olive oil and mix again. Serve on salad. Will keep in refrigerator well. |
