3 bananas, sliced 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1 sm. head Romaine lettuce 2 c. pineapple chunks 2 c. strawberries 2 c. cantaloupe balls 2 c. honeydew balls 2 kiwi fruit, peeled & sliced POPPY SEED DRESSING: 1 c. vegetable oil 3/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. white vinegar 2 tbsp. onion, minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds Sprinkle banana slices with lemon juice. Line a serving platter with Romaine; arrange fruit on lettuce. Serve with poppy seed dressing. 6 servings. DRESSING: Combine all except poppy seeds and mix in blender. Stir in poppy seeds. Chill. |
