1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. commercial sour cream 1/3 c. sifted powdered sugar 2 tsp. Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur 1 qt. fresh strawberries Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a small bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Add powdered sugar and Cointreau, mixing well. Chill 1 hour. Serve with fresh strawberries. Yield: 2 cups. |
