4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Kahlua liqueur
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
3 sticks cinnamon for garnish (optional)
Mint leaves
Add more or less depending upon personal taste and quantity desired.
Cut a variety of fruits (pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, kiwi, strawberries, etc. Have available toothpicks for dipping. Arrange on a platter decoratively.
Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat mixed by hand not blender. Refrigerate for minimum of 1 hour. Arrange cinnamon sticks and mint leaves together in a cluster.
