CRAB DIP
 

6 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. crab meat (can use imitation)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. minced shallots
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste
Extra Parmesan cheese for the top

Mix all ingredients well and bake in a small casserole until bubbly and brown, approximately 20 minutes. Before baking, sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
