4 lg. artichokes
1 c. light Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. curry
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3-4 c. chicken stock
1 c. white wine
Clean and trim artichokes. Bring stock and wine to boil. Lower heat and steam artichokes covered for 40 minutes.
DIP: Mix together remaining ingredients and correct seasonings to taste. Drain artichokes and serve with dip.
