1 c. leaf lettuce, washed, drained & torn into bite-size pieces 1 c. bibb lettuce, washed, drained & torn into bite-size pieces 1 c. Boston lettuce, washed, drained & torn into bite-size pieces 1 c. Romaine lettuce, washed, drained & torn into bite-size pieces 1/2 c. whole raspberries 1/2 c. walnut pieces RASPBERRY SALAD DRESSING: 1/3 c. oil 3 tbsp. sugar 2 tbsp. raspberry wine vinegar (or red wine vinegar) 1 tbsp. sour cream 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 c. mashed raspberries Mix together and let stand 1 hour. Mix with lettuces, raspberries and walnuts. Serve immediately. |
