1 Cornish hen or 1 twin pick of Cornish hens
Garlic powder
Lawry's seasoned pepper
1/2 c. Wishbone Lite or Reg. Italian Dressing (for 1 hen)
1 c. Wishbone Lite or Reg. Italian Dressing (for 2 hens)

Wash and pat dry hen(s). Place in baking dish. Sprinkle to taste with garlic powder and Lawry's seasoned pepper. Top with Wishbone Lite or Regular Italian dressing. Bake in preheated oven at 350-375 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Baste throughout cooking time.
