10 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 scant tbsp. celery seed 1 onion, grated 1 c. salad oil 1/2 c. vinegar Blend sugar, mustard, salt, onion and oil with beater for a few minutes. Slowly add vinegar. Add celery seed and mix well. Store bottled dressing in refrigerator. Good on cole slaw or tossed salad. |
