10 oz. granulated sugar
2 1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. celery seed
2 c. salad oil
Combine sugar, salt, mustard, onion and 1/3 of vinegar, then add oil in small amount alternately with remaining vinegar. Beat until blended, add celery seed and blend.
Will last a long time in refrigerator, will also have to mix well before using, as it separates. Real good on tossed salad or just plain lettuce.
