RAISIN SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter

Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer.
