Cloves (optional)
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter
Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer. Raisin Sauce: Mix brown sugar, mustard, and cornstarch. Add water, vinegar, and raisins. Cook and stir until thick. Add butter; blend. Makes about 2 cups.
