12 oz. box vanilla wafers 1/2 c. butter 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice 8 oz. pkg. shredded coconut 1 c. chopped nuts Roll wafers into crumbs. Mix butter and sugar well. Add crumbs, nuts, frozen orange juice concentrate (still frozen), and mix together. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. Keep refrigerated. Makes 40 balls. |
