3/4 c. soft butter 1 1/2 c. flour 3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar 1 pkg. brownie mix 1 1/2 c. moist coconut 2 eggs 1/4 c. water Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix butter, flour, sugar and coconut until blended; spread in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake 25 minutes, remove from oven, spread brownie batter (prepared as directions on box) over coconut crust. Bake 25 more minutes, cut when cool. |
