BROWNIE BANANA SPLIT PIZZA

butter for greasing pizza pan
1 (12.9 or 15 oz.) pkg. brownie mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. frozen pineapple or orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Sliced bananas & strawberries
Pecans or walnut halves
1 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. butter

Preliminaries: Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 inch pizza pan (or a baking sheet) with butter.

Procedure: Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. On prepared pizza pan or baking sheet, press batter into a 12 inch circle. Bake 15-20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Cool.

Meanwhile, in a mixer bowl or medium mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in juice concentrate and vanilla; chill thoroughly.

Spoon filling over brownie crust. Dip banana slices in lemon juice; drain well. Arrange bananas, strawberries and nuts on top. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with butter; drizzle over top. Chill until set, about 1 hour.

Presentation: Cut into pie shape wedges and serve.

Yield: Makes one 12 inch dessert pizza.
