1 pkg. Oreo cookies 1/3 c. butter 1/2 gal. chocolate chip (or peppermint) ice cream 1 can Hershey's Fudge Sauce 1 med. Cool Whip Crush Oreos; reserve 1/4 of crumbs for topping. Mix the remainder with the melted butter. Press in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Slice ice cream and place on top of cookie mixture. Spread the fudge sauce over the ice cream. Put Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle Oreo crumbs for decoration. Freeze. Serves 16 to 20. |
