ICE CREAM - NO COOK
 

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk (may use 1 c. milk and 1 c. half and half)
2 c. heavy cream, whipping cream
3 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Beat eggs lightly and add sugar gradually until mixture thickens. Add other ingredients and mix well and pour in freezer. (I use an electric freezer.) Pack with ice and pickling salt. Pack finished ice cream with ice.
