Put all of these ingredients in a blender in the same order as given above. Turn on the blender to high speed, slowly count to 10. Pour into greased 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
It's called "impossible" because while it bakes, the flour falls to the bottom and forms the crust and the coconut goes to the top, thus Coconut Custard Pie.
