2 qt. pink peppermint ice cream
24 miniature marshmallows
Thick fudge sauce
Pinch cupcake liners
Pinch construction paper

Cut 24 ears out of pink construction paper (set aside). Spread open cupcake lines and a large scoop of ice cream in center of each. Top each large scoop with a small scoop (this is Ms. Piggy nose) for each pig, insert 2 marshmallows for eyes, pushing down into ice cream, dab with chocolate fudge to make pupil and 2 construction paper ears. Creasing them down the center to give them more body before inserting. Freeze for at least an hour. If you cannot find pink peppermint ice cream, use strawberry instead.
