1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
Dash salt
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a pan. Add milk, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
