2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Beat all until smooth; at least 5 minutes.

In cupcake pan, place cupcake papers in. Put one vanilla wafer cookie in bottom of tin. Fill 2/3 of way with cream cheese mixture. Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 12 to 16.
