STRAWBERRY - BANANA ICE CREAM
 

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 lg. cans Milnot
1 1/2 qt. whole milk
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 or 4 bananas
1 lg. box frozen strawberries

Process fruit in processor until well chopped and set in refrigerator. Beat eggs until lemon-colored. Add sugar slowly. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into freezer can. Place can in bucket. Surround with ice and ice cream salt. When ice cream is fairly thick, add fruit and fill can with additional milk to 3/4 inch of top of can. Continue turning until ice cream is fairly firm. Take out paddle; cover with additional ice until ready to eat. Makes 1 gallon.
