10 oz. strawberries 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. cornstarch 1/2 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello On medium heat, mix strawberries, water, sugar and cornstarch. Mix thoroughly and bring to a slow boil. Slowly add Jello and continue cooking until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool completely before placing on cheesecakes. 24 servings. |
