1 1/4 lb. Oreos, crushed for crust (all but 3) 1 stick butter 2 sm. boxes instant chocolate pudding (sugar free, if you like) 3 c. milk (1% or skim can be used) 1 lg. Cool Whip (lite if you like) Crush all but 3 Oreos and put in a 9x13 inch pan. Melt butter and pour over cookies. Mix well and press into bottom of pan to form crust. Mix 2 small boxes of pudding with 3 cups cold milk. Pour mixture over cookie crust. Place Cool Whip on top. Crumble 3 remaining cookies and spread on top for decoration. |
