1 c. mashed strawberries 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/3 c. orange juice 1 c. sugar 1 c. light cream (or half & half) Beat all ingredients together until thoroughly blended. Pour into refrigerator tray or loaf pan. Freeze 1 hour or until firm around edges. Remove sherbet from compartment and stir well. Cover with foil. Freeze 1 1/2 hours longer or until firm. Makes 6 servings. It's better to double the recipe to make sufficient sherbet. |
