1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 1/2 pts. whipping cream
1 angel food cake
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
Make Jello using 1 1/3 cups water and 2/3 cup strawberry juice. Let Jello thicken in refrigerator. Break cake into chunks, put aside in bowl.
Beat whipping cream. Fold whipping cream and strawberries into thickened Jello. Also, fold in angel food cake pieces. Pour into mold or dessert dishes and chill overnight. Serves about 10.
