AGAR ALMOND DELUXE
 

1 stick agar
4 c. water
2 c. milk or 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. almond extract

Boil agar with water; stir until dissolved. Add milk, sugar, and almond extract. Stir until mixture boils. Pour into bowls or baking pan. Let cool. Refrigerate until set.
