2 env. plain gelatin
1 c. scalded milk
Let stand 3 minutes in blender.
Add:
Mix until gelatin dissolves.
Add: 2 tbsp. instant coffee 1 oz. Irish whiskey 1 oz. creme de cocoa
Blend until smooth. Open feeder cap and add 1 cup whipping cream and 6-8 ice cubes. Blend until ice cubes dissolve. Pour into dessert cups. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
