2 pt. fresh strawberries
6 oz. white chocolate or white flavored chocolate baking bar, grated

Prepare ahead. Rinse strawberries and dry thoroughly on paper towels (chocolate will not stick to wet strawberries). Set strawberries aside.

Place chocolate in top of double boiler; bring water to boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Grasp strawberry by stem and dip into melted chocolate.

Place on a wire rack sprayed with regular cooking spry and chill until firm.

For larger parties increase berries and chocolate. Melt chocolate and transfer to a chafing dish. Let guests dip their own.
