2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 3 tbsp. sugar 1 stick melted butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 qt. lime sherbet Mix together first 3 ingredients and pat into 9x13 pan. Freeze. Blend together ice cream and sherbet. Spread over crust. Put back in freezer. Mix: 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 stick butter 2 beaten eggs Cook until thickened. Cool completely and pour over ice cream. Refreeze. |
