1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and its juice 1 lg. pkg. sugar-free Jello (orange) 2 c. buttermilk (nonfat) 1 lg. carton Cool Whip Chopped nuts to garnish top Bring pineapple to a boil. Take off heat. Stir the Jello into that really well to dissolve. Cool. Add buttermilk. Mix. Then fold in the topping until mixed well. Pour into an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle nuts on top. Chill until firm. |
