2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 1 pt. all-purpose cream 2 1/2 pkg. lady fingers 2 tsp. vanilla extract 2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (in syrup) Cream together sugar, cheese and vanilla. Whip cream very thick. Fold in whipped cream and cheese mix. STRAWBERRY TOPPING: 1 (16 oz.) pkg. strawberries (in syrup) 2 tbsp. cornstarch Cook until thick and clear (let cool). Split lady fingers and line bottom and sides of pan. Spread 1/2 cheese mixture then cover with layer of lady fingers. Spread remaining cheese mixture on top and let cool at least 3 hours or overnight. |
