2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring
1 pt. whipping cream
2 pkgs. lady fingers
Fruit (drained)
Cream sugar, cheese and vanilla; set aside.
Whip cream. Mix cream and cheese mixture, blend well.
Line springform pan with lady fingers (sides and bottom). Pour 1/2 cheese mixture, and then add more lady fingers and fruit.
