Mix and press into 9x13 cake pan: 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.
Combine: 1 c. powdered sugar
Add 1 large container Cool Whip or 2 packages Dream Whip (whip very stiff). Spread over cooled crust.
Mix 2 packages instant pistachio or 1 package pistachio and 1 package vanilla pudding with 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over cheese layer. Top with 1 small container Cool Whip. Add crushed walnuts. (Use pistachio/vanilla.)
Can substitute your favorite pudding for pistachio pudding.
