STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE GELATIN
 

2 (6 oz.) boxes strawberry Jello
1 sm. angel food cake, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. frozen strawberry yogurt
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Dissolve 1 package Jello in 3 cups hot water. While hot place in blender with cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour into large serving bowl or trifle dish. Chill until firm. Cube angel food cake into small 1/2 inch cubes and place on chilled strawberry cream cheese mixture.

Dissolve second box of Jello in cups hot water. While hot, stir in or blend frozen yogurt and chill slightly. Stir in frozen strawberries. Gelatin mixture should be thick, but not firm - still pourable. Pour the mixture over the cake and chill. Top with Cool Whip and serve.
