CHERRY, BLUEBERRY, OR STRAWBERRY YUM

2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 cans pie filling
1 box (2 packs) dessert topping mix
2 lg. pkg. cream cheese (16 oz. each)
1 c. milk

Combine cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well. Blend cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, dessert topping mix, and cold milk. Spread half of crumb mixture and half of cream cheese mixture. Spread on pie filling and remaining cream cheese. Top with remaining crumbs (just sprinkle crumbs on bottom - don't mash them down like pie crust). This makes a very large one. Cut in half if you want a smaller size.
