1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, powdered sugar and vanilla. Then blend in the following:

3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
