1/2 c. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips - semi-sweet
1 c. peanut butter, smooth
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
1 unused white trash bag

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter in saucepan. Stir until melted. Place cereal in large bowl and pour over it the chocolate mixture. Mix well and let cool. Place powdered sugar in plastic bag. Pour in cereal and gently toss. Enjoy! Small broken pieces taste great on ice cream.
