2 cans cherry pie filling 1 angel food cake or white cake mix (optional) 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lg. Cool Whip 1 c. confectioners' sugar Cream sugar and cheese together. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Place layer of cake in bottom of 9x13 inch pan and cover with mixture. Place another layer of cake and mixture, then top with cherries. Chill before serving. |
