For 1 quart:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. cream (heavy or whipping)
1 c. whole milk

Whisk eggs until light and fluffy. Slowly whisk in cream and milk. Other ingredients may be added about 5 minutes before ready. Eg. fruit, chocolate chips, nuts.
