1 c. butter 2 c. flour 3 tbsp. sugar 6 egg yolks, beaten 2 c. sugar 4 tbsp. flour 1 c. cream 1/4 tsp. salt 6-7 c. chopped rhubarb MERINGUE: 6 egg whites 12 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Mix butter, 2 cups flour and sugar and pat into pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix the remaining ingredients and put on baked crust. Bake for another 45 minutes. Mix meringue ingredients and spread on top of dessert. Brown. |
