1/2 c. butter (1 stick) 6 oz. pkg. chocolate bits 1 egg 1 c. confectioners' sugar 4 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. (or more) chopped nuts 1/2 c. coconut Melt butter and chocolate bits together. Beat egg and confectioners' sugar together and then add the butter and bits mixture. Add marshmallows and nuts. Put all in a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Then dump onto a piece of foil and shape into a log. Roll it into shredded coconut and slice. This will last 2 weeks stored in refrigerator. A yummy treat! |
