2 cornish game hens
1 pkg. pecan rice
1 1/2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste

Place rice and water in crock pot. Stir well. Place cornish hens on top of rice. Add salt and pepper. Cook on low setting 6 hours. (Can be cooked all day if you go to work.)
