1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
BROWNIES: Melt butter. Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla; stir. Add flour and cocoa. Add nuts last. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
FROSTING: Combine butter, sugar and milk together. Bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat until spreadable.
