BUTTERSCOTCH CHEESECAKE BARS
 

Melt: 1/3 c. butter

Add: 1 c. chopped nuts

Press half of mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together: 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg

Mix well, pour over crumb crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool before cutting bars. Refrigerate leftovers.
