1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
9 c. Rice Chex
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt over hot water, chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour mixture over Rice Chex and coat well. Put powdered sugar in plastic bag, then add coated Chex. Shake well. Store in covered container in refrigerator.
