1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 med. eggs
2-3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Macadamia nuts (optional)
12 oz. chocolate chips
Beat together butter, brown sugar, white sugar vanilla and eggs. Stir in flour, soda, salt, nuts and chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets or parchment paper.
Bake at 375°F degrees for 8 minutes or until golden around edges.
